The first Thursday of every month, we hit the TRACK for some speed(ier) work. Never done a track workout? That's okay, we got you. Details below for this week!

Meet at 6:30pm / Run at 7:00pm
Arrive anytime between 6:30pm and 7:00pm, then just head downstairs to the "Row House" room on the right at the bottom of the stairs. Bag check, changing, bathrooms, water - all provided. Plus, get 20% OFF the entire store when you come run with us!
This Thursday's session is a TRACK WORKOUT at East River Park Track. We'll meet at the Under Armour Brand House, leaving to warm-up with an easy 1.5 mile run to the track, bang out the below workout, and then return to the Under Armour Brand House with an easy 1.5 mile run back.
8 x 200s / 100 meter recovery
4 x 400s / 200 meter recovery
2 x 800s / 400 meter recovery
To access the 3 mile route, click the button below. Then you can select "Bookmark" and the map will be available in the "Routes" section of your MapMyRun profile on the app. (Not on MapMyRun? You should be! But either way, you can still visit the link and simply view the route. But by downloading MapMyRun, you can pull up the route to track your miles and even view the map while you're running in real time to avoid getting lost.)
REMINDER: We don't have pace groups and everyone is encouraged to run FAST. Don't let that intimidate you. FAST is relative, which means it's different for everyone. So come run YOUR FAST. You might have to push yourself to stick with someone in front of you, or you might end up running solo the whole time. Nothing wrong with that! In fact, it'll make you stronger. But if you want to be sure you're alongside someone for the entire route, bring a homie who runs your pace. #runwithfight
