Every month of July since 2013, we've done 31 DAYS OF RUNNING. Not sure why we started it, but we don't have any plans of stopping! It's a way to push yourself further (and farther) than you normally would while exploring new routes.
The concept is simple:
Run at least 5k / 3.1 miles every day in July.
The only rule:
No skipping a day.
Feeling like a champion.
